OKOTOKS STUDIO CLOSING MARCH 21, 2025!
All of our offerings are designed to reduce your stress and bring you back to Self. Join us and rediscover who you are. Let go of the past and learn how to love and accept yourself in the present. Our studio provides a small, private space with a maximum class size of 4-6 people. There are no mirrors and each person is given plenty of space for their practice. Each person is seen, heard and always part of the conversation. Our space supports you on your journey and encourages you to connect with the teachers, create relationships with the other students and continue to learn and grow on your own journey.
Here, you will make genuine connections in our group classes as talking and laughing is encouraged. Your voice matters here. You will always know who you are practicing with and you are able to establish great relationships with everyone. You will be reminded that you are not alone and be given the support that you need. Our teachers are focused on you, allowing you to relax into your practice and receive the support and attention you deserve.

Most importantly, here, you will discover a number of different stress reducing healing modalities and discover what the practice of yoga really is.

We've got you covered too! Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and all class props will be provided for you. Leave the set-up and clean-up to us, all you have to do is show up!

You are free to cancel this membership at anytime and there is NO lock-in period. Class passes are also available and never expire. If you are new to our studio, your first class is FREE.

Okotoks Studio Closing March 21, 2025. Your first class with us is always complimentary and you are NEVER locked into a Membership with us. We are proud to be the only wellness studio that we know of that offers a no obligation monthly membership. We are real people here that know that life is unexpected and situations change; therefore, you are free to cancel at anytime. Cancellation will round to the nearest month.
Please note that our studio follows the Calgary Board of Education vacation schedule and therefore you can expect the studio to be closed during any major holidays. Family comes first here.
