Join Brooke and Jessica for a grounding yet energizing event to renew your energy as we head into the busy holiday and winter season. Treat yourself to an afternoon of self-care before the holiday season so that you can embrace the busyness with ease and clarity. Find peace and relaxtion as you land on your mat for a relaxing Restorative Yoga practice lead by Brooke. While you gently move through postures, Reiki Master Jessica will deliver tranquil healing Reiki to each participant. We will end our time together in reflection with journaling. Here you will be able to gain clarity on how to keep your energy restored during the upcoming busy holiday season. If you have a special journal, please bring it.
