Welcome to our wellness studio! We have lovingly restored a historic home on the coveted Elma Street in Okotoks, Alberta. Step into our studio and ground yourself on the restored 114 year old fir hardwood floors. The energy here is incredible! When you walk through our doors an instant peace takes over you. You instantly know you have arrived and that you are exactly where you are supposed to be.

 

Enjoy our many indoor and outdoor lounge and seating areas as well as our complimentary tea and snack bar. We have two private change rooms and plenty of places to hang your coat and store your belongings. And remember, we take care of the set up and clean up and provide you with everything you need for your practice.
